Stafforce Recruitment are currently looking for a well organised and experienced Customer Service Advisor to work for our clients call centre based in Dewsbury. Our client is one of the UK's largest independent specialist retailer with over 25 years of establishment, knowledge, and experience in the industry.
This role would suit individuals who have worked in a call centre environment before and have experience dealing with customer queries via telephone/email.

Job Responsibilities:- Delivering high levels of customer service on the phone and via email
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Processing customer orders/returns and assisting with technical and general enquiries
- Handling complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Inputting information onto various computer systems
The successful candidate: - Experience in customer service, ideally within a call centre environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of English
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work within a fast-paced environment
- Confident dealing with customer complaints
- The ability to thrive under pressure with good planning, time management, prioritisation and organisation skills.
