On behalf of our client, an industry leading manufacturing solutions organisation with a global footprint based near to Sheffield city centre, Stafforce are recruiting for a Machine Operative with a background in production.

Key responsibilities:

• Operation of all machines in the production department in a safe and efficient manner.
• Achieve production targets to company requirements.
• Comply with quality standards to company requirements.
• Give assistance where ever necessary to personnel within the STAP business.
• Flexibility towards production requirements.
• Take responsibility with team to achieve KPI's

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience of working in a production environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Basic Computer Literacy.
• Able to work under own initiative, and equally work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday - 07.25 to 16.15

Fridays - 07.25 to 12.30 (lunchtime)

This role is expected to last until March 2019 at which time the role will be reviewed with the possibility of a permanent contract.
