Stafforce is pleased to be working in partnership with a food production factory in Scunthorpe who require additional Production Operatives.

Job Purpose:
As a Production Operative, you will be part of a team within a food manufacturing facility, including Primary and Secondary Bag Makers, Case Packing, Mixing and Weighing Machines, supporting the efficient operation of the production function.

Key Responsibilities:
Packing
Loading
Compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and regulations.
Support and uphold all policies, principles and guidelines.
Maintain housekeeping standards
Participate in on-going training.

Qualifications/Knowledge & Skills:
Previous Manufacturing experience is advantageous, ideally within Food Manufacturing.
Good understanding of Food Safety regulations
Good standard of general education.
Able to understand quality procedures and their potential effect on customer quality.
Experience of working within a target driven environment
Maintain personal and factory hygiene standards
Flexible in approach

Shifts available are:

6AM - 2PM shift
2PM - 10PM shift
10PM - 6AM shift

We offer an hourly pay rate of;

Day shift (6-2, 2-10) is at 8.20 (under 25 years old) 8.81 (over 25 years old)
Night shift is paid at 8.75 (under 25 years old) 9.36 (over 25 years old)
