Working partnership with Youngs Seafood in Grimsby, we are recruiting for a reliable, hardworking Production Operative.

SHIFT PATTERN

  5am-1pm/6am-2pm

• 
  

  6am-6pm (adhoc days, 4x4 of weekends available

• 
  

  1-9pm/2-10pm

• 
  

  2-6pm

• 
  

  6-10pm

• 
  

  9pm-5am/10pm-6am

• 
  

  Weekends- 6am-6pm/6am-2pm/2-6pm

Full time shifts are available on a Monday to Friday full times basis, or we have the flexibility to offer hours around your other commitments.

START DATE/DURATION

Production Operative positions will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long term work and could lead to a permanent position.

THE ROLE

  Production Operative are responsible for the production of seafood products

  Packing and loading produce

• 
  

  General production work

  Hygiene Duties

THE SUCCESSFULL CANDIDATE

  No previous experience required as full training is provided

• 
  

  Committed team player with a keen eye for detail

• 
  

  Reliable with good timekeeping

• 
  

  Ability to work in fast paced environment with a positive attitude.

Previous experience as a Production Operative/Manufacturing Operative/ Process Operative/ General Operative/ Packer/Line operative would be advantageous but not essential.
