Working in partnership with Youngs Seafood in Grimsby we are recruiting reliable, hardworking Production Operatives to join our team.

SHIFT PATTERN

• 5AM-1PM
• 6AM-2PM
• 6AM-6PM (Adhoc days, or 4on 4off)
• 2PM-10PM
• 2PM-6PM
• Weekends- 6am-6pm, 6am-2pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-6pm.

All shifts available on a Monday to Friday basis, or we can offer your flexibility around your other commitments. Weekends shifts are also available.

START DATE/DURATION

Production Operative positions will commence with immediate effect however, if you do have a notice period with a current employer, we will work around this. This is ongoing, long-term work and will lead to a permanent position.

THE ROLE

• Production operatives are responsible for the production of seafood products.
• Production line work.
• Packing and loading produce
• General production line work.
• Hygiene duties.
• General housekeeping duties.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

• No previous experience required as full training is provided
• Committed, team player with a keen eye for quality.
• Reliable with good timekeeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Previous experience as a Production operative or Manufacturing operative would be advantageous, not essential.
