Stafforce is pleased to be working in partnership with Tayto Group Limited who require additional Production Operators, with opportunity to become Relief Machine Operators to join their successful teams. These positions are permanent and successful applicants will be directly employed by Tayto from their first day.

Job Purpose:

As a Production Operator you will be part of a team within a food manufacturing facility, including Primary and Secondary Bag Makers, Case Packing, Mixing and Weighing Machines, supporting the efficient operation of the production function.

Key Responsibilities:
> Packing
> Loading
> Compliance with Health & Safety guidelines and regulations.
> Support and uphold all policies, principles and guidelines.
> Maintain housekeeping standards
> Participate in on-going training.

Qualifications/Knowledge & Skills:
> Previous Manufacturing experience is advantageous, ideally within Food Manufacturing.
> Good understanding of Food Safety regulations
> Good standard of general education.
> Able to understand quality procedures and their potential effect on customer quality.
> Experience of working within a target driven environment
> Maintain personal and factory hygiene standards
> Flexible in approach
