Production Operatives Urgently Required - Guaranteed Hours Contracts, Full & Part Time hours with Temp - Perm Opportunities!
Stafforce are looking for Production Operatives to work at Youngs, Humberston Road based in central Grimsby
All positions have the potential for temp to perm transfer, following a qualifying period for the right candidate. We also offer guaranteed hours contracts on all full time shifts, providing you the reassurance you will receive regular work, enabling you to plan your finances against a guaranteed weekly wage.
We can arrange guaranteed working days to fit around your current commitments.
The shifts available in our Production Operative roles are:
6am-6pm 4on 4off
9pm-5am Sunday to Thursday
10pm-6am Sunday to Thursday
6am-6pm Adhoc days
The successful candidates will:
Be hardworking, reliable and punctual.
Have excellent attendance and a positive attitude towards work.
Adhere to all health and safety and food hygiene rules.
Experience is desirable but not essential
About the Production Operative role:
Production Duties in a Factory- packing, stacking, labelling.
All Sites are accessible via Public transport, and parking/bikesheds are available onsite.
Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Overtime paid after premium rate at 1.5 of your basic rate after 35.65 hours p/w
Onsite team to help support you in your new role.
The role is suitable for those who have worked within the below roles (but no is experience necessary):
