2 x Senior Recruitment Consultants required - 1 for our Leeds Branch and 1 For our Bradford Branch

24,000 - 26,000 DOE

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30

Excellent commission package available from month 3

The Role

We urgently require 2 x strong / proven Senior Recruitment Consultants who is industrial biased to join us.

This role will be heavily targeted on bringing on new business initailly to build your desk up - we have a database full of contacts and clients that can be contacted to help build the desk initially. You can expect a normal to day to consist of telesales to book your own appointments, attending new business appointments and completing any relevant admin duties.

The role is aimed at targeting small and medium sized business within the Industrial / Blue Collar Engineering sectors.

Once you have brought on new business then your role will become full 360 to make sure your bookings are being filled and clients expectations are met.

You will work closely with your line manager to ensure all targets are met.

The Candidate

You must have a solid work history, any gaps in employment will be questioned at interview. You will be punctual, reliable and a team player with a can do attitude.

You will have a proven sales record and be able to demonstrate your past billings

This role would suit someone who was confident as you will be client facing, you must have an ability to make your own and attend client meetings daily as well as success in converting these meetings into new clients.
